VL from Markham

I was in need of a water softening system for condo use, and was offered a model from Korea that was compact in size and for a reasonable price. The staff was helpful and patient answering all my questions. They also followed up by phone to make sure I was satisfied. I was happy with the quality of the system and the ongoing service from the staff. I also purchase maintenance parts for the system from the the store and I find them to be a reasonable price. Overall, I find the store being a good supplier with fair prices, for quality systems in air and water purification.

This store appears to be run by the owner and staff that care about friendly and prompt service, for a fair price. They were also patient in answering my questions. I brought in a Blackberry phone with a non-functional track pad to be looked at, and was given a quote for a replacement part and repair. I was told that it would be ready in 30 mins or so, which was fine given that I could do shopping in the plaza meanwhile. The repair was prompt as promised, and I was also given the guarantee that any issues on it within one week will be taken care of. I have since gone back for other services which was done to my satisfaction and for a fair price, compared to some other stores.
