We contacted Yuri to repair the newly installed patio door. The door company supplied the wrong sized door and it was leaking air into the house. Yuri promised to take care of this as we tried to deal with the patio door supplier directly and we were not getting anywhere. And he was able to get us a new panel and installed it again.
