I called the owner of this company on a Saturday evening. I was very anxious to have a home inspection done ASAP. James was not personally available immediately but he sent over an inspector first thing on Sunday morning. Daniel was very thorough and walked us through all the positives and negatives about our new property. He then followed up very quickly with his electronic inspection report. As a nervous new homeowner, I really appreciated the professionalism and attitude of both the owner and the inspector.
