It was hard to get a hold of anyone. We did not deal with one individual throughout the process (high turnover of staff) which made the experience frustrating as the new individual would be completely clueless. They never met their deadlines, holding up the construction process. Even dealing with the owner of the company was difficult. Their installers did a poor job and getting them back to clean up their deficiencies was virtually impossible. Overall an extremely disappointing experience and costly.
