We hired On Demand Appliance Repair to do some simple maintenance on our office dishwasher. Our dishes were coming out cloudy, even with using Jet Dry. Manny was easy to get ahold of, and very polite. He was able to come out the following business day. However, when I contacted him to let him know that the problem was not fixed, he promised to come back and take a look into it. He was a no-show on three different occasions when he said he would come back in, without even a phone call. We will not be using this company again, and are now sourcing different companies.
