Both of our experiences with Master Edge Homes have been totally satisfactory. We would not even consider hiring another company to do our renovations. Dwayne Butler and his company completed a successful and highly satisfactory basement renovation for us several years ago, and we knew just who to call when it was time to do our second floor bathrooms. When Dwayne met with us, we could tell that he is sincerely interested in giving his clients exactly what they want. The plans are detailed, and the budget is completely laid out, so there are no hidden costs. His crew is professional, pleasant and competent. Dwayne is very accessible and ready to address any concerns. Matt, the foreman we were so lucky to have for both renovations, is extremely tidy – the job site is always as clean as possible at the end of the day. At the end of the job, any small details are addressed immediately – no waiting for the job to be finished up. In two more years, we expect to renovate part of our main floor, and there is no question that we will be hiring Dwayne and his crew again.
