Under no circumstance should you consider using Eurocraft Marble to install granite or marble counter tops. They installed new granite counter tops in our kitchen without providing adequate structural support. They also damaged existing support bars. The counter cracked and collapsed in 18 months. After six months of phone calls and registered letters, I finally had to take them to Small Claims Court (Case# VIC 08-1001). After refusing to cooperate in either mediation or a settlement conference, a full day trail was held this August. Mr. Jeff Gibson (owner) was found "negligent" in the judge's verdict and ordered to reimburse me completely for the cost of the new counters I had to have installed by another company. He was given three weeks to pay, but ignored the court order! He is now being summoned to a default hearing where he faces the possibility of being jailed for contempt of court.
