An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
The selection, contracting, and installation process went very smoothly. I was concerned about spending so much for a replacement roof - but the final product really makes my home look so much better and appears to be capable of actually lasting the full lifetime warranty, which made the investment worth it! I'll update my opinion after a few years of wear, but I'm confident my opinion will not change due to the quality of the product and installation process. I've included before and after photos - taken a year apart.
