These may be well-made windows, but they open IN, which creates a nightmare with furniture placement, and during the nice weather the windows flap open and closed constantly. Curiously enough PolyTech sell hardware to control this, (about $30 each) instead of making it part of the window unit. I am not pleased. Reliable scheduling also seemed a problem.
