Michael really knows his stuff and his initial assessment was spot on - ended up saving me money on pieces that didn't need fixing by way of replacing the most likely failed elements first. I've since had him do additional work to install a chimney liner, a gas line for a BBQ and most recently a tankless hot water unit; work quality is terrific and his experience definitely shows.
