Inexperienced and unreliable! The contractor forgot to install the eaves before the roof, then took four months to return to the job and only after I called his mother-in-law. One day, he just left, leaving his ladder and some tools behind. Despite repeated phone calls, emails etc. I haven't heard from him since. His half-finished job had to be completely redone, as he had installed the eaves incorrectly, allowing water to enter the attic. It was clear he had never done anything like this before. So far the roof is fine (he subcontracted that).
