They have no idea how to rid a house of any infestation. They refuse to actually look for the source. All they want to do is ramdonly spray everyware. And trying to get them to answer the phone is like spliting hairs.

Haristone is a fantastic company. They know their product, and know there business. If you can't find what you are looking for their chances are it doesn't exist. Don't listen to reviews about them not sealing the granet, it's something you should do your self on a regular basis. Its stone not glass. Its pores.

What could this company do to improve their services?
Change their sign to say if you don't see it it doesn't exist.
Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
