After 3 quotes from other companies, my husband and I decided to use Queens Bath for our 2nd floor 3 bathrooms renovation. Our experience in working with Q.B. was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. From the initial meeting with John, measure the area, talk about the designs and requirement, provide us the plan and timeline and the follow up calls thereafter John put us at ease with the project. Start date was scheduled and it started right on time!!! John and his team only work on one project one site at a time and we couldn’t be more thankful of that (heard many bad stories about reno companies open multiple projects at the same time). We were very impressed with the quality of their team work and the knowledge they brought. John and his team were very professional, efficient and attentive to all of our questions. John provided alternative solutions when and as needed so that we could make an informed decision on what would work best. John made the best dust shield in the bedrooms so the dust didn't go everywhere. I still had clean bed to sleep at night :-). At the end of the day they always cleaned the mess and organized their tools. John is not a type of business man only looking for money, he values reputation , he thinks it is more important than money in order to stay in this business. The company is trustworthy and as far as home renovation projects go this was by far the best renovation experience we’ve had. At the end the billing process was smooth and accommodating.
