install electric for a dryer, and move a hanging light
The two employees were respectful and pleasant but they came to the job unprepared. One of them went to Canadian TIre on two separate occasions to buy the wire and dryer vent hood that they did not bring. They then forgot to buy caulking and had to use mine. I was then charged $60 hr when their website says they charge $50 hr (was told their site hadn't been updated -it still hasn't). They tried to charge me for the entire four hours (without taking into account the hour and a half spent driving to buy the parts they did not bring). I was charged an extra $97 for a permit and other extras which I cannot explain as I have not been provided with a receipt after repeated requests. I was told I was charged GST on the work, and still, no receipt. Two neighbours had recommended this company, which is hugely disappointing.
