An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.

The repair process and materials were described in detail answering most of my questions before I could ask them. The estimate, delivered within minutes of leaving the property, was sound and fair. The work began within the estimated time and was completed on time. The crew was punctual, courteous and professional regularly updating and showing me the various stages of the job. Stephen made regular visits to inspect job site. The clean up was thorough, including complete replacement of deck boards as promised. I will definitely use The Waterproofer for future projects.
