On August 6,2009 an employee from Public Storage 30 Burford Hamilton ont called me to tell me my payment was late.The minute I picked up the phone this guy had a rotten attitude.He spoke so disrespectfully to me it turned my stomach!!Then when I asked for his name that I was going to report him he told me it was none of my *$#%ing business then hung up on me.I left a message on the voice mail of the district manager and he hasn't gotten back to me on this issue.The property manager Diane,was rude with me the previous month.My own family and friends don't even talk to me the way this guy did.
