Our toilet blocked which couldn't be unblocked this time so I found ParkerDean on this website. I called their office and had a call back within an hour after they initially assessed how urgently I needed assistance. I spoke to James (their manager) who was super helpful and we arranged for one of their plumbers to come 2 days later. He arrived promptly at the scheduled time and was very polite, friendly and helpful. Within an hour he had unblocked the toilet, fixed the chain so it flushed better and replaced the valve on the stop tap for the toilet. Came to $218 inc. tax. Very happy with the service and I highly recommended.
