Ron's inspection was timely and extremely thorough. He spent 3 hours inspecting a town house and then another hour and a half walking myself and my wife through the property. He pointed out the key issues and how they could be addressed. Within 24 hours he had an extensive written report emailed to me. I would recommend him strongly as a very competent and knowledgeable inspector who answered all questions we had. He was also very friendly and approachable. Well worth the money.
