We paid $8000 out of $20, 000 for basement development. Only he did framing and some electrical works. The work was supposed to finish in 45 day as per contract. Already 6 months gone from his last shown up. Now telling that he is retired and not able to do the work. Never hire this worst contractor. Beware of customers from Russel Cross, KJK Builders
