If it were possible to give a negative rating, I would. They never showed up after a big snowstorm in Jan 2015, made all sorts of excuses and promises they never kept, said they'd give us our money back after we took them to court but the cheque bounced. I would strongly recommend not doing business with them!
Running Irrigation did an excellent job on my new sprinkler system. Their price was very competitive and the service was highly professional. I appreciated how prompt they were in returning calls and answering questions, and their flexibility in rescheduling the installation to accommodate other landscaping work being done at the same time. They clearly know their business and care about doing the job right: for example, they made enhancements to the design after the initial quote on their own initiative and at no extra cost. I'm extremely satisfied with the work they did and would highly recommend them.
