Wanted to put up a new vanity light after having bathroom professionally painted. There was no junction box present. I found a stud nearby but directly through the centerline. Alex did a wonderful job. I would hire him again in the future.

We hired the services of the individual who owns this company run under a different company name http://www.tegdodd.ca/ Being new to the city with a baby on the way we thought this company sounded great with their BBB A+ rating. Well, it was 3 years ago and I'm still holding a grudge because it's only now that we've been able to save up enough money to have the hard wood flooring horribly installed finally lifted up and reinstalled properly. The owner doesn't do any construction work it seems, so he subcontracted the work out to a poorly skilled tradesman who took 4 days to nail some boards, do some floating installation in other parts, but generally leave too much space at the sides and leave us with a gap-riddled floor and a broken tile in front of our fire place that "he didn't break". My husband said he was happy with the work which defies all logic, but he said he just wanted to get the guy out of the house and he is non-confrontational to the extreme. A month later when they called to follow-up and ask if we were still pleased with the work they got me on the phone, so I said no, there are gaps in the floor. The owner came to inspect, was surprised, but suggested our foundation must have shifted or something then left it with us to contact the subcontractor and arrange for him to "fix" the gaps. Another month later the gaps were back again anyway. Our baby was born so our priority was no longer trying to get our floor installed properly, going through the BBB, or suing if it came to that. When my son was 3 months old I had a chance to send them pictures of the floor and constructively tell them how unhappy I was. The owner agreed the floor looked bad and said they could fix it. But this involved us playing phone tag with THE SAME bad tradesman that installed the floor the first time, and he was not answering the phone (I assume when he saw that it was our number), so we gave up. There's only so much energy you have when you get 4 hours of sleep a night with a baby that young. Hope the story is helpful, pictures of the floor attached.
