Communication was not good from the start that should have been my warning. He added 5 new vents between my existing 5 vents and didn't center them, not even close. A small part of the sheathing came up leaving a hole in the roof I saw it and he said he would fix it but never did just shingled over the hole. The shingles on the one side of my house are crooked by about 5 inches. Regardless of the price its not worth the aggravation it isn't all bad but the things that are wrong are careless and frustrating.
