We met the SIS team at the Calgary Home Show. Their enthusiasm for the their company and products led us to pursue a quote. Kevin, our salesman, was most knowledgeable and left a very strong impression that this was the company to keep at the top of the list. Donnie, our installer, came by to measure and alleviate any concerns we had about problems that might arise in a 1970's house. We were left knowing what might come up, how it would be handled and what it would cost. Fortunately, everything went smoothly. And I must mention Megan who responded to the many emails back and forth. She kept on top of my questions and ensured everything ran smoothly in the background. I also wish to acknowledge Donnie, Ken, Billie and Tate for making the installation a pleasant experience. To everyone that helped on this project, what a delight it has been! We are thrilled with our new windows and extremely impressed with the installation team. It was touching to see how much attention was given to cleaning up and respecting our property. Not all contractors operate with such a high standard of integrity. We will certainly be quick to offer referrals on both the North Star products and SIS.
