After getting a Hvac tech into my house to inspect my furnace not working, I was told I needed a new Thermostat module. Although requested, and with repeated phone calls to the office, I was not given a call back on the price of this for 4 days. Ironically, it was only when they called for a customer service check up that I did get a response on a price for the item. They quoted me $425 plus installation. When I had a online competitor quote for $95 for the identical part I questioned the cost only to be told it is an Hvac issue. When I asked for further clarification on the price difference the employee (Mr. Peoples?) hung up the phone on me.

Dear Scott,
The total cost of a thermostat installation with us is higher than getting the thermostat online and installing it yourself. We are sure that it can even be found for lower than $95, However when you want a company for the delivery and installation of a product, prices are not going to be the same.
Like many businesses, we do not tolerate verbal abuse to our staff and that is the reason we decided to end that conversation. Our customers are very important to us, but so is our staff.
Furthermore, you were just quoted, you ended up deciding not to use our services and we respect that.
