I have found Mark from Brooklin Blinds at Home Stars after reading all the great reviews about him. After meeting him and working with him he did exceed my expectations! He was very honest very knowledgable and professional from start to end, he took all the measurements accurately and the turnaround time was fast. The installers were very professional especially Jimmy and Mark was there helping and making sure all is done right. One of the posts came scratched from the factory and I only saw it the next day after installation and Mark had it changed in a week time without any questions and he arranged sending eclipse installer who was very efficient a well. What an amazing thing is to find someone great at their job and honest. I am definitely recommending Mark and Brooklin blinds for my friends and family and will hire them again when I want to do the upper floor of our house.
