We ordered a new Bay Window and Front Door around April 10, 2014. We read great reviews about the company and they were having a free triple pane glass promo which prompted us even more to work with them. They promised the new window and door within 6-8 weeks. We did not get it installed until June 17. 2014, almost 11 weeks after ordering. Overall the window and door look amazing, however the installation is disgusting. They filled every nook with blobs (and I mean BLOBS) of caulk. When people come to our home they ask what happened? It is terrible. I would have expected a much cleaner job with some nice aluminum finishing on the outside not just BLOBS of caulk everywhere.

What could this company do to improve their services?
Meet timelines. Communicate with the client. We called every week from week 6 to 11 to figure out what was going on. Better installation. It felt like a rushed job that they squeezed in due to poor planning.
Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
See if you can go to some previous clients home and inspect the finishing work on the outside. You don't want BLOBS of caulk ruining the look of your investment.
