I would never recommend this builder to others. I wish I knew about homestars.com before I purchased my home from Falconcrest Homes. I have had issues with this builder and there so-called business practices since the purchase date.The quality of my home is horrible. Home is not insulated properly as I hear every single thing people say down the street. First they installed the side door in the wrong area, not in the location that was documented in my agreement. I had my kitchen backsplash replaced 3 times because of incompetent vendors. Even after the 3rd time, builder told us they were doing us a favour as the marble title didn't match the existing titles in the kitchen. My job now is to redo most of the simple things that the builder failed to do properly. (eg. cocking around windows, sinks and doors etc.) Claudio needs to follow up with the contractors, as they are not consistent in the work they are doing. (e.g. they would paint the exterior trim of houses on one side of the street but not the other) So fed up with this company. Very small company that lacks quality. Theres a reason why many people haven't heard of Falconcrest Homes.
