We were in the process of upgrading our home protection and we went to the Home Stars website on the referral of a friend to research various security companies. It is here that we made contact with WOBI and to our pleasant surprise, Frank who was an old professional acquaintance of ours who we had lost touch with. When the WOBI rep came over he performed an evaluation of our home protection needs and made various recommendations regarding our overall home security package. In addition to window protection measures that were implemented, the WOBI rep observed issues with prior work done on our doors by another company a few years back and made adjustments to the entry doors as a result which improved our home security. Overall, we found WOBI's professionalism and product knowledge very reassuring. We were very pleased about the changes made to our home protection.
