Rob is terrific. He has years of experience, knows houses inside-out, is a good communicator, and is a friendly guy. We had more questions after we received our report, and when we called him the next day, he was glad to answer them. He also contacted our property seller on our behalf to clarify a few things he'd observed, and got those explanations to us too. If you're considering buying a property and want to be sure you know what you're getting, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.
