Steve Louden is very good and has reasonable rates for his repairs. My computer was acting up so I took it to Steve, who cleaned it and got rid of everything that wasn't neccessary, installed a couple of programs to help protect it. I will take my computer to him anytime I have a problem. At the same time I also took my laptop to him to see if we could upgrade it from XP to Windows 7, this wasn't possible however. the total cost for the 2 computers was very reasonable.

Thanks for the nice review, appreciate you taking the time to do that. As for upgrading the laptop to Windows 7, that O/S will work with even a P4 computer but they usually aren't worth the cost of doing it. It's always a matter of balancing cost against value of the system or laptop.
