Greg was punctual. He was quite efficient yet still finding time to explain to me what he was doing and why. He also advised me on maintenance of the garage door and lifetime on the said door. The broken spring was repaired in one go in about half an hour. I would recommend Alpha One to anyone who was reliability plus affordability.
