I was in the process of renovating my home and needed door levers for all the doors in the house. I ordered them on January 10, 2014 and paid them in full. At that time they did not have all of them so I took the four that were in stock and was told that I would recieve the rest on the 15th. As the weeks passed I was told that they would be here soon, time after time again. They finally call me and tell me that they will most definetly be here on March 11. It was a good thing that I called first before going there because of course they didn't have them. Then once again I called them on the 26th and I was told that they can no longer get them and that there was nothing they can do. I asked if there was any way that I would be compensated, perhaps a small discount on another style considering I waited 3 months for nothing. Once again, the response was, "There's nothing I can do about it". I asked to speak to a manager and I was shocked to hear that I was speaking to the owner. Are you kidding me? Where did she learn about customer service? I would NEVER recommend purchasing any of their products, even if they are cheaper. You're better off spending the money and at least you'll get what you paid for.
