During the renovation works we cut and installed two additional windows in the basement but we were not aware of possible issues. After first thaws, water started entering beneath the window frame. As a result, we needed to solve it asap, otherwise it would destroy basement interior. We were upset about upcoming expenses on additional renovations. We’ve got several quotes from different companies and hired Doctor Rooter to work with. The price was not too high or too low, and the sale representative was not pushy. They installed two window wells with a proper drainage system. It took 3 days to complete as promised, plus another day they come to pick their staff. They swept the site, and clean the driveway. Great job, now our basement warm and dry.
