When I told them of our emergency, the office staff quickly arranged to have a service call fit in to a plumber's schedule. I was apprehensive regarding the quality and cost of the work which may be done because of my emergency situation; but I needn't have worried. The plumber who came (Keith) was calm, well equipped and knowledgeable. He surveyed the damage and explained how the job fit in to the company's flat rate schedule, so there were no surprises. The main leak was fixed. Then he went the extra step and examined other vulnerable points in the lines, where he found two more damaged pipes. These were all fixed under the original flat rate quote, so this wasn't just a way to pad the bill. He showed me how he did the repairs and how he used a technique to take the stress off of the line. This gave me some peace of mind. So from the personal and empathetic response from the office staff, to the service call itself, I was impressed.

Simon & Matt did great work. 3 pages of electrical jobs, 2 full days, saws, drills, scopes,snakes, chisels...and at the end, the only evidence of this massive amount of renovation was a 2mm gap in a piece of molding ( which was easily remedied with a swipe of caulking). Every bit of work was well thought out and executed. The communication was excellent and the suggestions made sense. We highly recommend them.
