Windows were not the material I asked for, The installation was poor, I had to fix holes and torn drywall from where the windows were removed, Spent the weekend painting the jams. One window was delivered broken and another the wrong size. had to wait 6 weeks for them to come back and finish the job. I have asked several times for some kind of warranty on the windows, but all I get is ignored and silence.
