Apparently someone is looking out for me. I wanted to get Envirotech Insulation's AirKrete in my house but knew the old wiring should be looked at first. Apparently it wasn't 100AMP, it was 60AMP and the whole house was on two circuits with hot wires in the attic, coverings melted off the wires in the panel, and a charred joist. Jet Electrical came and re-wired the entire house, taking care not to put holes in the stuccoed ceilings- somehow fishing the wires. They did some small odd jobs while they were at it, with a smile! They removed the old knob and tube and cleaned up well. Terry and Jeff are great guys!

Thank you so much again for your help in insulating my main residence. Your men were, as usual, polite, helpfull, efficient and cleaned up so well. As I mentioned my farmhouse is at least a third bigger than my little Newmarket house, and when I saw I paid $400 more to heat the Newmarket home after installing Airkrete in the farmhouse, it was a no brainer getting airKrete installed in my Newmarket home, and attic insulation upgraded. Even with a missing basement window pane in the farmhouse all last winter it still used over 31% less oil. God bless you Mark, for your wonderful environmentally friendly products, and the very best of service!!!! Kindest Regards Nancy www.cherryvalleyretreat.com

I have just had EnviroTech Insulation install Airkrete foam insulation in my 108 year old farmhouse at Cherry Valley Retreat. Mark & his team were consistently polite and helpful. They did their absolute best to carefully prepare the house and protect my furnishing and property with plastic. They worked long hours to get the disruption in the house over with as soon as possible and they left the house and porch all cleaned up even vaccuming rugs and stairs, which had been covered. I have had insulation put in the attic and basement as well as all new windows to try and cut down on oil heating costs. My last fill up felt like a mortgage payment so I had to bite the bullet and get this done. Although twice as expensive as cellulose or fibreglass, there are Federal and Provincial grants available to contribute $3000 towards this. I haven't seen a heating season with this yet but I am told I can expect to pay up to 30% to 50% less next winter. Thanks to you Mark and your team! UPDATE - Last Saturday Nov 15th, when the snowstorm arrived I watched the power go out at 2.30am. No furnace, water or toilet for my expected 25 people Sunday. I had the woodstove going in the living room and absolutely NO HEAT LOSS!! The power came back on at 11am and the furnace didn't have to, in fact it didn;t kick in for the rest of the day. Only 12 people made it through the storm. It was a great opportunity to explain to all why the house was still cosy. Without your help my business would be in trouble. The farm house was always cold and damp-despite insulation in attic and basement, new roof, new windows, new furnace. Nothing made it cozy untill Air Krete. Couldn't have people coming in and being uncomfortable. You've made all the difference! Not to mention environmentally friendly, non-toxic etc I could go on and on.
