WATCH CBC MARKETPLACE EPISODE ON DUCT CLEANING BEFORE CALLING ANYONE. Lots of tips. 360 duct are courteous and showed up on time. Bought a grouon. Beyond that cleaning was done in less than one hour. Air return vents not covered up. I thought they were the real deal but no. They are certified. Just blow air into ducts and leave. I do believe some dust was removed but expected proper cleaning. Tried to sell furnace and a/c coil cleaning for $150 each but said no. Outrageous cost for having equipment there and 15min of work. Conclusion: 360 duct is professional but not professional cleaning. Shop around and ask what is going to be done. Will not use there service again.
