First time l called them to fix my hot water tank Raj was at my house within the hour over the Christmas holidays. He didn't overcharge me because of the holidays, he was professional, honest and very personable. He knew what he was doing and quickly got the tank working. I just called him again with the same problem... This time it was only the pilot light. He didn't charge me! I definitely will call Guru for all my plumbing and heating problems and will tell all my family and friends :)
