Let me start off by saying, I was sent a preparation email after I booked the appointment...Detailing how to prep my kitchen for the treatment, what to expect during and after the treatment...which I found very helpful. My appointment was booked for 2PM and the technician arrived exactly on time. The technician was patient and very knowledgeable in answering all my questions, well he surveyed my kitchen before starting the treatment. He spent an extra 15 minutes after the treatment...explaining which three cockroaches are the most likely to be found in the home/ where they are typically found and how to prevent future investigations. It's been 2 months now & I haven't seen a single cockroach...thx Mr. Parsons & the GreenLeaf team. I would highly recommend them for any pest control issue, they are very punctual, knowledgeable and thorough...all the way from office to the technician arriving at your home.
