Mike was incredibly responsive and accommodating, not to mention prompt, friendly and fast. He re-keyed two locks and replaced 3 door knobs before I knew what happened. I'd give him 10 stars out of five if possible. Thanks Charlotte Locksmith! One Key to Rule Them All!
