We ordered 2 upholstered chiars from Horsefeathers and were told it would take 12 weeks to produce. We shipped our material to the manufacturer Lee in Carolina and waited. Horesefeathers did not check at any time to see why things were taking so long. We were told to call the mmanufactureer directly to find they had "mislaid" the material which they eventually found. After 5 months of calling the Horsefeather's manager repeatedly and the owner (who didn't return the calls), the chairs arrived. The quality was so inferior that we requested and received a refund. We have since heard that they no longer deal with Lee Sofas. What a miserable experience. No customer service, no timely call backs, no initiating or follow-up,5 month wait and incredibly inferior quality.We would never shop at or recommend Horsefeathers.
