Sam is very friendly and a fair handyman. His work is exceptional and accurate. I removed a wall and was left with a job I couldn't finish. Sam was recommended to me and he cam and assessed my job with a detailed time frame and cost. Work was completed on time and beyond my doubts.... No more HGTV for me, I will just call Sam. I would recommend to anyone who has a project to finish or finds themselves in a jam like I did. Thank you Sammy!!! A++
