cheaply built, realtors never there.. to much$
friends tell me it's a nightmare , HOA is a joke... He is not happy.. No one is showing his place that si for sale because they want to fill all the cheap ones.. You can hear everything from every where. WalMart trucks start up at 4 am... Oh what fun..
