An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
Chris and his team from Platinum Pro Painters are very customer oriented. From the initial contact to the in-home estimate and subsequent paint job, we felt as though our business was valued and important to Chris. The painters were on schedule and very courteous, going above and beyond by offering to dust the sill of a 2nd storey window with difficult access. They completed the painting in less than a day and the work that was done was fantastic. Minor dings in the wall were patched and their precision with the paint was amazing.
