My garage door had a snapped cable. Called for an appointment and got one for the next day. Anwar kept me posted on his arrival time. He is friendly and did a professional work on the repair. I will not hesitate to use them again or recommend to others.

We had our stand pipe broken during the 2013 ice storm. There were a lot of licensed electricians on ESA's list. However there are only a small number that were on the Authorized Contractor Program (ACP) list, who supposedly performed good work and could reduce downtime. I was able to get two ACP companies, Berg being one, to give me a quote and some other companies not on ACP. Sam from Berg quoted me $600 to $700 depending on any hidden damage, while others charged up to $2000. Since Berg was on the ACP, I decided to go with them. The work was done as explained and ESA permit was received promptly. Sam showed me no hidden damage and I was charged $600. I am very happy with the work and service. Will definitely recommend them and go to Berg if there is any future work.
