The plumbers were sent via Direct Energy to my home and they arrived on time as per the window of time I was given by the Customer service representative at Direct Energy. Ryan and Gary are the names of the plumbers and they were very courteous and helpful as they assessed the pipe and determined what was the the problem, and they both fixed it and explained to me what had occurred. They didn't charge for the service as they said it was fixed in a minimal time frame. These are two of the most ethical service providers I have ever encountered. I will definitely recommend this company to others.
