Before the work began, David, the project manager, ran through what would be done and the safety precautions. It was a 3-day job. At the end of each day, the team checked in with me to let me know progress and to answer any questions I had. I felt informed all the way along. The work was completed to specification, and I was given a tour at the end. The clean-up was excellent. The work was on time and on-budget. I highly recommend them.

Clayton Electric recently replaced all the knob-and-tube wiring in our home. We had heard horror stories about the kind of damage done during such re-wiring jobs, plus our house was built in 1904 and the walls are lathe and plaster. We were impressed at how Andrew and his team were able to rewire many of the outlets, switches and fixtures with little or no damage. They cleaned-up professionally at the end of each day and at the end of the job. We used the rewire as an opportunity to re-locate some outlets, switches and light fixtures. Andrew’s team were very accommodating, and gave us many useful suggestions for functionality and safety. They were also very pleasant to have around the house. Their work passed inspection with flying colours. The work was completed on time and on budget. We have no hesitation to recommend them wholeheartedly.

Our house is a historic house within a set of historic houses built in the 1850s. At Christmas this year we had a problem with the sewers backing up we called Lemmon. They came on Christmas eve. There was very little information available and the pipes are very old. They were able to resolve our problem without causing any damage to the house and were very careful not to create a mess. Their attention to the unique situation was key to investigating and solving the problem. My only issue is that the problem might have been solved faster. But overall, great job. Thanks Don!
