Our refrigerator started acting up roughly 4-5 months ago. The freezer temperatures began to fluctuate slightly, usually creeping up to the warmer temps. Eventually it was unable to keep the temps steady at 0 degrees, so we decided to call a pro. After much research, my wife and I decided to give Uptown Appliance a shot. I submitted the contact form from their website and within an hour or two Chris from Uptown Appliance called to confirm my form submission. We settled on a date and time by phone. Chris kept us posted on his arrival time and spent quite a bit of time troubleshooting - mainly because the fridge had previously been serviced, and seemed to have a few parts replaced in the past. He checked every bit of the fridge to ensure all previous work was up to spec and not the cause of the problems we were experiencing. After about 30 minutes our beloved fridge was up an running like a champ. What more could you ask for? Great, honest service, skilled technician, punctual and fairly priced with warranty.
