An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
I'm George from Pickering. I called Mike from magic touch flooring to get a quick estimate for my basement staircase. Mike returned my call promptly and was actually at my home the same day with samples in hand. His prices were very reasonable and we arranged to do the install 3 days later. He showed up on time and worked quickly but meticulously. The job was done great and he cleaned up the area before he left. Magic touch is my new go to carpet company.
