Run! Consistently late, said he had a crew ready to go only to find out Michael & Stacy posted an ad on Kijiji that morning and hired people on my front lawn ( one guy was an accountant ). Recommended the wrong products for me to purchase which turned out to be a total waste of money. Said he owned his equipment only to find out he rented it. If I wasn't there to watch every move I would have been screwed.
